Most recently, he served as Global Platform Operations Leader, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives, improved operational performance, and developed leaders across complex international organizations. Having lived and worked across multiple countries and U.S. markets, Sergio brings both a global perspective and a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face in fast-moving business environments.
