Sergio Huerga is a Certified Focal Point Business and Executive Coach based in Basking Ridge, NJ, working with senior executives, CEOs, and leadership teams in Consumer Packaged Goods and Beauty Care who are ready to sharpen their strategic thinking, build high-performing teams, and lead business transformation with confidence and clarity.

Before joining Focal Point, Sergio spent 16 years at Procter and Gamble as Global Platform Operations Leader, where he drove breakthrough results, improved systems and standardization across global operations, and developed strong leaders throughout the organization. That career, combined with 28 years of total corporate experience across five countries and five U.S. states, gave him a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to lead transformation, build accountability cultures, and develop the kind of leadership teams that sustain exceptional performance over time. He also owns a home service company in Ohio, giving him the perspective of a business owner alongside that of a seasoned corporate executive. He holds a degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina.
